BPA-Free and Food Safe Tritan™ Plastic

The Easy Tea Maker is one of the few plastic teapots and tea infusers in the market that is completely made from BPA-free, food safe Tritan™ plastic. Other brands use either polycarbonate, which contains BPA or cheap polypropylene (PP) in their filter mechanisms.

Many brands who claim to have a Tritan™ plastic (nearly) unbreakable teapot, are often only partly made of Tritan™. They’re Tritan™ on the outside, but other cheap PP or other materials inside. Tritan™ is the only plastic material that is food safe certified in every country in the world today, making it an ideal choice to make an unbreakable teapot.

P.S. If you run it over with your car or something outside of its intended use to test and see if it is indeed unbreakable, you will find that it WILL break under those circumstances. When making tea and casual wear and tear, this tea maker is very durable. In short, please don't run this over with your car or drop it from an airplane with a gopro attached aiming for a target somewhere in te desert to see if it breaks. How to Make Tea with the Easy Tea Steeper

Place your favourite black tea, green tea, tea balls, or other high quality tea in the top of the Easy Tea Maker. Then pour boiling water into it and let it steep. Once the tea is brewed to your satisfaction, simply place the infuser teapot on top of your mug and push down.

While pushing down, the tea will strain through a fine mesh filter and pour directly into your cup from the bottom of the Easy Tea Maker. As soon as you remove the Easy Tea Maker from the cup, the tea stops pouring.
