Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@artofkava.com.

Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Returns After Shipment

If your order has already shipped and you no longer wish to keep the product, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Returned items must be:
  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
