It has been 27 years since I tried kava, and back then I dropped an arm and a leg on a product far inferior to this. I put about a half gram of this into a shaker cup with some lemonade, shook it, and drank it slow. It has much more of an effect than I expected. I came down with fibromyalgia recently and a lot of downers, I just can't catch a buzz off of any more. This was a pleasant surprise, and I expect I'll be buying more.
Hey, So happy this is working well for you! Its always great to hear how this is helping get thru issues like that. Bula!
I am very happy with this product. I've purchased it multiple times. Easy to prepare, nice strength and not too heavy. I do find straining it helps, otherwise I end up with some mild stomach upset, but overall, a great choice if you're looking for something of quality that can be made without much hassle.
I got a euphoric feeling that crept up about an hour after a couple drinks. Slept well, very relaxing. the texture is creamy and tasty (if you enjoy the taste of kava)
