Sourced from a sustainable women-owned farm in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains of Colombia, this coffee is grown at high altitude in a region known for biodiversity and slow coffee maturation.
The coffee is directly imported by the farmer, creating a transparent sourcing relationship focused on responsible land management, fair labor practices, and long-term community employment.
Roasted to a Full City level, the cup opens with rich molasses and cocoa nib notes, followed by subtle dried fruit sweetness. The body is full and creamy, with medium, well-integrated acidity that remains smooth whether brewed hot, iced, or pulled as espresso.
As espresso, it produces a thick, golden crema and performs consistently in both straight shots and milk-based drinks.
